  I can't say enough how much I appreciate Pet Memories. My sweet older dog was taken from us suddenly after she got out and went on the highway on a Friday night. I was traumatized and bereft. I called Pet Memories first thing Saturday morning hoping they could go pick her up from animal control that day, as the thought of her being in a trash bag in their freezer over the weekend was heartbreaking. Mitch answered and said that it would be no problem and talked me through everything very professionally and politely. He went from Rockwall to Richardson to get her. I never saw her after she got out, but a RPD officer who I had showed pictures to while we were searching for her told me he was sure it was her. Nonetheless I asked Mitch if I could send him pictures just to be doubly sure it was her. He ID'd her which spared us from having to see her in a bad state. They made a paw print upon my request, and everything was ready to be picked up the next day. Their quick response made the horrible event a bit less stressful, knowing she was in caring and competent hands. Their prices are very reasonable and totally worth it, especially in my situation. They have all 5-star reviews for a reason, they really are that great.

  Unfortunetly, I am a repeat customer. I can say however, that everyone here has been amazing. I have had to call them at 10pm, and they met me just so that my girls would not have to wake up to the death. When our cat did not make it through the night, I never thought of going anywhere else. Thanks for all the support. They even helped me transfer care of other Fur Babies to new urns.

  It's a hard time however it always helps to have professional and sympathetic assistance. I knew my two old gals weren't going to be around much longer and set out to find a crematory that would cremate them together. Let me tell you it was hard! So I called these guys and they said of course we can do that for you.
  The cost is by weight. They are very reasonably priced and you get an urn with a nameplate.
  I live in North DFW and this is a bit of drive for me but it's worth it for the service and kindness I've received.

  If anyone loses an animal, I highly recommend, Pet Memories Cremation Services, out of Rockwall. This is the second Chihuahua we used them for. They will come out any time of the day to get your loved one, cremate and then put em in a nice lil box w/ key. Then they bring em back to your doorstep. Great people and service!

  We recently lost our Calico Queen who died at home. Our vet referred us to Pet Memories for cremation services. We are exceptionally pleased with their services. Very professional and reasonably priced. Most importantly, they are caring at a very difficult time. We highly recommend their services to anyone who needs them.
